They keep track of the repairs they have done on vehicles, and if parts are under warranty, they hold the supplier's feet to the fire. My car broke down on the cross country trip from Virginia to Oregon. AAA towed my car to RMA and Donald was able to look at it immediately. I needed a new alternator and they had one in stock locally. The repairs were done the next morning and I was back on the road by 10am. According to CBS News, Ford recently announced a recall that affects over 1.3 million vehicles that are primarily located in North America.
